Provincial Learning Assessment Program

The Provincial Learning Assessment Program has assessed student achievement in mathematics, language arts, technological literacy and critical & creative thinking. In addition to achievement data, the program uses student and teacher questionnaires to collect and report on contextual data and students’ opportunities to learn in the area under study. The data is used by teachers and education leaders to provoke debate and inform decision-making in order to improve student learning.
