Children’s Services Student Outcome RubricsA Student Outcome Rubric (SOR) is a tool which is used to evaluate annual student outcomes from the Personal Program Plan (PPP) at the end of a reporting period, semester, or school year. It may not be practical to develop a SOR for every annual student outcome listed in a PPP or for every student. Accessing the Student Outcome Rubrics Online Collection Two new provincial user accounts that will allow immediate access to the rubrics collection are now available. To access the rubrics, please visit the Ministry of Education’s Blackboard Course Management System at the following URL: http://bb.centralischool.ca/ You will be prompted to provide a Username and Password to login. Regardless of whether you have a personal Blackboard account, you are required to login using: English-language system navigation and content: French-language system navigation and English content: From there, please select “Student Outcome Rubrics” to access the collection.
