Teacher Services

• Teacher Certification - administration of regulations and policies central to teacher certification, including assessment of teacher qualifications and issuing teacher certificates;
• Teacher Classification - assist school boards in determining teacher classification;
• Registry of all teachers in Saskatchewan Kindergarten to Grade 12 schools;
• Teacher Recruitment and Retention - administer funding for school board initiatives to recruit and retain teachers.  A large portion of the funding is used to support teacher bursaries;
• Education Service Awards - prepared on the request of the director of education for retiring educators;
• Teacher Exchanges
